Site Prep & Design

We walk your land together. Our team evaluates grade, drainage, and orientation — then finalizes the floor plan and exterior selections so everything suits the site.

Finalize Your Budget

Every line item is priced before you sign. One fixed number — materials, labor, finishes, site work. No allowance games, no change-order surprises.

Selections & Permits

Your design coordinator walks you through every interior choice: flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, trim, and exterior colors. We handle all permitting in parallel.

Construction

Our crew breaks ground with your project manager on-site every single day for 9–15 months. Same faces, start to finish. You'll have a direct line to the person running your build.
